Due to our process of hand-dying, slight color variation may occur from batch to batch. This is expected and adds to the charm and uniqueness of our silk ribbons.
To create the softest edges, we hand-fray every ribbon; this may result in some loose threads, these can easily be removed without damaging the product.
Ribbons can be pressed with an iron or straightener to get out any unwanted wrinkles.
Processing and Handling takes approximately 2-5 days and will ship out either USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express (Your choice at checkout). A tracking number will be provided to you once your package is shipped.
For orders outside the United States we ship via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International (Your choice at checkout). Priority packages may receive a tracking number; provided once your package is shipped. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping destinations.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
