If you are not satisfied with your illume Silks purchase you may request a refund for the full purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Item(s) must be in brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use. Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.
The following products cannot be returned: Clearance items, bulk items, custom orders and items marked non-returnable.
The following products are returnable ONLY if they are defective: Bulk items that have not been labeled with clearance or non-returnable and custom orders. Variation in color is expected as a result of our hand-dying process and is not considered a defection.
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers receive the correct item(s) they have purchased. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
Fill out the Request a Return form on this page, making sure to include your information and order number. Upon receiving your request we will provide further instructions on where to send your items. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer; a shipping label will NOT be provided.
Items returned without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
A receipt/invoice of the original purchase must be included in your shipment to prevent a delay in your refund or exchange. If you have misplaced your receipt you can log into your account to view your past orders. If you purchased your items as a Guest please contact us for instructions.
Once you have receive authorization to return your item(s) please ship the package as soon as possible for the fastest processing time. A refund to your account will be initiated within 1-business day of receiving your returned item(s); please allow 5-7 days to receive your credit. Exchange items will ship out in 3-5 days of receiving your package.
