What is Illume Silks Rewards?
The Illume Silks Rewards Program is a consumer loyalty program that rewards loyal customers with points that can be used on future purchases. Additional perks are also made available periodically or seasonly — member-only sales, discounts, exclusive items, first-to-know about new products, etc.
How do I join the Program?
Eligible individuals are automatically enrolled into the program when they register for an Illume Silks account. Individuals can opt-out by requesting to terminate their account.
Does it cost anything to be a member of the Program?
The program is free to join and there are no costs to remain in the program.
What are Reward Points?
• Points are earned on all eligible purchases equal to 10% of the total eligible purchase amount.
• Every $1 spent is worth 10 Points ($0.10 credit).
• Points can be redeemed on a future purchase during checkout.
How long does it take to receive my points?
Generally, points will post to your account on the date your order ships.
Do points expire?
Yes, unredeemed points will expire after 6 months.
What happens if I opt-out or my membership in the Program is terminated?
If you opt-out or your membership is terminated or expires, any Points or benefits in your account will automatically expire. Expired points cannot be recovered.
Can the Program be terminated?
Yes, although unlikely, we may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.
